Tobias Tröndle becomes a trend scout and trend coach for Wella. Develops and does the hair for his own hair shows and is responsible for training and education in trend fashion. Appearances at Michalsky, hairfactory, hair@work, tophair, hair&beauty …

As a trend scout for Wella he attends all important shows and events in New York and Los Angeles as a hair stylist.

Tobias Tröndle becomes a specialist trainer for Wella as well as Art Director at Essanelle and is responsible for current and the transfer of know-how to the salons. Focus on the essentials: cutting techniques, colouring and painting. Twice a year he presents his own hairstyle collection. Collection tours in Germany with up to 5000 participants. Preparation of training materials and seminars in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Hamburg.

During his stay in the USA he studies the supreme discipline of colourists, hair painting and glossing. Tobias introduces these techniques in cooperation with Wella Professionals in Germany. Since then, these colouring techniques have played a key role in Tobias Tröndle’s salon. Tobias is in charge of the professional management of the Tröndle salons in the KaDeWe Berlin and the Alsterhaus in Hamburg.

During his time in the USA Tobias Tröndle works for the most important hairdressers in New York: for bumble and bumble as educator, stylist and editorial stylist, and for Frédéric Fekkai on 5th Avenue. At bumble and bumble he perfects the knife haircut, works as professional & top stylist during New York Fashion Week and works with international photographers. More than 20 fashion shows during New York Fashion Week with Diane von Fürstenberg, J. Mendel, Heatherette, Vera Wang, Carlos Miele … he has styled models like Karolina Kurkova, Julia Stegner, Toni Garrn, Gemma Ward … shoots for bumble and bumble alongside editorial stylists like Jimmy Paul, Tony Ward, Laurent Phillippon, Dennis Lanni, Odile Gilbert or Raymond McLaren … shoots with photographers like Ellen von Unwerth, Klaus Wickrath …

Tobias Tröndle becomes World Hairdressing Champion in Las Vegas and, at the same time, German Champion and European Vice Champion. This year Tobias wins the International Hairdressing Championships in Paris, Milan and Helsinki.

After his basic training (Amman and Bohn) as a hairdresser and his apprenticeship (Hans-Knut Thoma) he completed his master’s degree at a rapid pace.
